By accessing preciseglobal.com or ordering our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Precise Global provides managed, human-verified B2B contact lists built to your specifications. We are a service, not a self-serve database: every order is sourced, verified, and delivered by our research team.

Purchased contact data is licensed for your internal business use — including sales, marketing, recruitment, and market research within your organization. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the data, and you agree to use it in compliance with applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA.

• Do not resell or redistribute lists in any form
• Do not use data for unlawful purposes

We guarantee a bounce rate under 1.4% on delivered emails for 30 days after delivery. If your bounce rate exceeds this threshold, we replace affected records two-for-one. This is our commitment to deliverability and the reason every record passes four verification gates.

Orders are quoted based on volume, verticals, and geography. Standard lists of 1,000–25,000 contacts deliver within 48 hours; larger builds ship in 48-hour stages. Payment terms are stated on your quote or invoice.

If more than 1.4% of your delivered contacts bounce within 30 days, we replace them two-for-one at no cost. We also work with you to resolve any order issues — contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.

The website, our brand, and the compiled data we deliver are the property of Precise Global. You receive a license to use purchased data, not ownership of it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Precise Global is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Colorado.
