1. Our Approach to Security
Data privacy and security are central to our operations. We follow established frameworks and best practices — including encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access controls, and continuous monitoring — to protect the data you share with us and the data we deliver to you.
2. Data Handling & Storage
All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS) and stored on encrypted infrastructure. Access is limited to authorized research and delivery personnel, and data is retained only as long as needed to provide the service.
3. Access Controls & Authentication
We enforce least-privilege access: team members can only reach the data required for their role. Access is audited, and credentials are protected with strong authentication policies.
4. Compliance
We operate in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM requirements, and our infrastructure is prepared for SOC 2 readiness. We sign data processing agreements (DPAs) on request.
- GDPR — EU data protection compliance
- CCPA — California consumer privacy compliance
- CAN-SPAM — commercial email standards
- SOC 2 Ready — security-focused operational controls
5. Incident Response
In the unlikely event of a security incident, we respond immediately: contain, investigate, notify affected parties, and remediate. We document incidents and review our controls to prevent recurrence.
6. Data Processing Agreements
We sign DPAs with customers on request, covering how we process contact data on your behalf. Contact us to request a copy of our DPA.
